Celebrating Success at the Bangor Business Awards

Recently, our team had the distinct pleasure of attending the prestigious Bangor Business Awards, where we were finalists in not just one, but four different categories. Although we didn't secure the top prize, the evening was a remarkable celebration of success and an opportunity to rub shoulders with some incredibly accomplished businesses. In this blog post, we want to share our experience, the insights we gained, and why being a finalist itself is a remarkable achievement.

Celebrating Success at the Bangor Business Awards:

The Local Business Awards are an annual event that recognises and celebrates the best of the local business community. The event is an opportunity for businesses from all sectors to showcase their dedication, hard work, and contributions to the community. For us, it was an honor to be part of this recognition and be amongst such an exceptional group of businesses.

Our Finalist Categories

We were thrilled to be named finalists in four different categories:

The Winners and the Honorable Mention

While we didn't take home the top prize in any of the categories, we want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the deserving winners. Their achievements and contributions to the community are truly commendable, and we were honored to be in their company.

The Value of Being a Finalist

Though we didn't win, being a finalist at the Bangor Business Awards holds significant value. Here's why:

  1. Recognition: Being a finalist is a recognition of our hard work and dedication. It's a testament to our commitment to excellence in customer service, innovation, community involvement, and as a small business.

  2. Networking: Attending the awards allowed us to connect with other businesses in our community. We forged new relationships, learned from others, and shared our experiences. The event was an excellent networking opportunity.

  3. Motivation: This recognition serves as motivation to continue our journey of growth, improvement, and community engagement. We are more determined than ever to excel in these areas.

Participating in the Bangor Business Awards as finalists was a remarkable experience. While we may not have won, we came away with a renewed sense of purpose and pride in our accomplishments. We extend our gratitude to our customers, our team, and our community for their support, and we look forward to the opportunity to participate in the awards again in the future.
